Plixernozarvaxen is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom furniture. Please read this Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Custom-Made Furniture

All furniture pieces created by Plixernozarvaxen are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom furniture orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If you discover a manufacturing defect in your custom furniture, please contact us immediately within 30 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if the defect is confirmed, we will either:

• Repair the defect at no cost to you
• Replace the item if repair is not feasible
• Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances

Design Approval Process

To minimize the need for returns, we have a comprehensive design approval process:

• Detailed design proposals are provided before production begins
• Material samples are available for review
• 3D visualizations are provided when applicable
• Final approval is required before work commences

Once you approve the design and production begins, changes may result in additional costs or delays.

Delivery Issues

If your furniture arrives damaged during delivery:

• Inspect the item immediately upon delivery
• Document any damage with photographs
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Size and Fit Issues

We take precise measurements during our consultation process to ensure your furniture fits your space. If there is a significant discrepancy between the agreed dimensions and the delivered item due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include modification, replacement, or refund.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Custom work that has been started may be subject to cancellation fees

Warranty

All custom furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure of joints or connections
• Defects in finishes applied by us

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions
• Modifications made by third parties
